Services
Small Town Found provides website design and Google Business Profile setup and cleanup services for small businesses. Services are provided as described at the time of agreement.
No guarantee of results
Small Town Found does not guarantee search rankings, website traffic, customer calls, leads, or sales. Services are intended to improve basic online presence, accuracy, and professionalism. Search rankings are determined by Google and other search engines, not by Small Town Found.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. Work does not start until a deposit or full payment is received, as agreed. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis before delivery of completed work.
Monthly care plan
The monthly care plan includes hosting, basic monitoring, backup and version history, and one batch of small edits per month. It does not include full redesigns, new multi-page sections, custom software features, ecommerce functionality, paid advertising, or daily changes. Either party may cancel with reasonable notice.
Content ownership
Clients retain ownership of their business content, text, photos, and branding. Small Town Found retains the right to reference completed work in a portfolio unless specifically asked not to.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of current terms.
